2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made via our website are subject to availability. We require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation. Payment terms may vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows will incur a one-night fee. Non-refundable rate plans and event bookings may have separate cancellation conditions.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to respect the property, staff, and other visitors. Any damage caused to the premises may result in charges. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests behaving inappropriately.
6. Smoking Policy
River Lodge Hotel & Restaurant is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.

8. Modifications
River Lodge Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
